Our carving buffet event packages are perfect for your wedding receptions, corporate functions and private events covering "the essentials" to go with your hall rental:
  • Full day hall rental (10hrs): main hall, reception room, kitchen, round tables, buffet tables, chiavari chairs for 110 seating capacity
  • Food and drinks: carving buffet, desert, full bar (beverages, coffee and alcohol) for 4hrs, table linens and skirtings
  • Staffing: 1 chef attendant, 1 event manager, 1 or 2 certified and insured bartenders, ~4 professionally attired wait staff
  • Cleaning services and supplies: trash bins, trash removal and washroom supplies
  • Free parking: street parking or at Melrose Highlands commuter rail parking lot holding ~80 cars
